LAKEPORT – Come and learn about local history at this year's Lake County Fair.

The Lake County Historical Society invites everyone to visit their both at the Lake County Fair, Thursday, Sept. 3, through Sunday, Sept. 6.

The group will feature the Ely Stage Stop & Country Museum and many interesting antiques.

They also will be selling raffle tickets for a beautiful quilt donated to the Historical Society by Daisy Gawellek.

Historical society books will be available for purchase at the booth and anyone interested may also sign up to become a member.
