Skeet Reese Big Bass Battle launches Saturday

KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – The Skeet Reese Big Bass Battle presented by Reese Fishing was announced earlier this year, and the event, hosted at the historic Konocti Harbor Resort in Kelseyville, Calif. on the shores of Clear Lake kicks off Saturday morning.

Data from NASA’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite, or TESS, mission has revealed two new “super-puff” planets, giant worlds so light that their density is comparable to cotton candy. 

State awards $227 million to combat illicit cannabis activity; $5.4 million awarded to Lake County agencies

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. — On Thursday, the Governor’s Office announced that the state has awarded $227 million in Proposition 64 grant funding to support local efforts addressing the public health and safety impacts of cannabis legalization.
