LAKEPORT, Calif. – The city of Lakeport is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to administer the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Income – Business Loan Program.

 

Lakeport has previously implemented CDBG – Economic Development Enterprise funds for a Business Loan Program for business startups and expansion.

The intent of the business loan program is to enhance the local economy, create new jobs, and provide benefit to targeted income group individuals.

The city seeks the services of a qualified consulting firm to provide loan qualifying, processing and servicing services.

Proposals are due to the city of Lakeport at 5 p.m. Monday, June 27.
