LAKEPORT, Calif. – Lake County Farm Bureau will host “For the Love of the Land” on Saturday, July 30.

The event will take place at Rancho de la Fuente, 2290 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport.

Social hour and silent auction will begin at 5:30 p.m., with local Mexican cuisine served at 6:#0 p.m. and music by the LC Diamonds featuring David Neft will begin at 7 p.m.

There will be home-brewed beer, fine wine, good food and vintage rock and blues.

The cost is $30 per person or $300 for a rancher's table, which seats eight and includes two pitchers of margaritas or beer.

The event's proceeds will support agricultural programs benefiting family farmers, farm workers and youth.
