LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – KPFZ radio will interview Rita Engelken, author of "The Art of Natural Farming and Gardening" on Friday, Dec. 3, at 5 p.m.

Engelken also has written “My Garden Journal: A monthly Guide to Healthier Food.”

Self-described as a "steward of the soil," Engelken will be joined by her daughter, local resident Karen Mantele.
