NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY

PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake, hereby declares its intent to purchase real property consisting of land located at 21277 Calistoga Street, Middletown, CA (APN 024-405-080), to be used for a Sheriff’s Substation. The agreed purchase price is $205,000. The seller is Westamerica Bank.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on TUESDAY, February 7, 2012, at 9:15 A.M., Board Chambers, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, as the time and place for consideration of the proposed purchase and the necessary actions to complete the purchase of said real property.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
