NOTICE OF INTENTION BY THE COUNTY OF LAKE

TO EXCHANGE REAL PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, declares its intent to exchange real property consisting of land currently owned by the County and located at 14102 East Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks, CA (006-550-24), with property located at 12555 East Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks, CA (035-111-23) to be used as parking or other public facilities in connection with Clarks Island Park.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 9:15 A.M., in the Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.

If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of the Board at or prior to, the public hearing.
