KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Kelseyville’s streets were packed on Saturday with thousands of people who came to town for the 20th annual Kelseyville Pear Festival.
The event attracted people of all ages who came to celebrates Kelseyville’s farming history and the centerpiece of that history, the Bartlett pear.
Along the way they enjoyed pear treats, a new horse faire, an art show, dozens of vendors and the chance to run into friends.
“We’ve had a bigger crowd than we’ve ever seen,” said festival founder and chair, Marilyn Holdenried.
