LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Lakeport Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying the suspect and the suspect vehicle involved in an indecent exposure incident on Monday.

The agency reported that at approximately 3:45 p.m. Monday Lakeport Police officer were dispatched to investigate the report of an indecent exposure incident on Lakeshore Boulevard between Beach Lane and Lange Street.

The female victim advised that she was walking in that area of Lakeshore Boulevard between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. Monday when the male suspect drove up to her and asked her if she wanted a ride, police reported.

The suspect returned a few minutes later and made a sexual gesture while exposing his genitals, according to the Tuesday report.

The vehicle is described as a white, late 1990s Toyota four-door passenger car.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25 to 30 years old, with shaggy brown, ear length hair, wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.
