KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Lake County Farm Bureau will host a CPR and first aid training on Tuesday, April 30.
The training will be held at the Kelseyville Lions Club, 4335 Sylar Lane.
The course, conducted by On-Site Safety Services, will include CPR training, chocking rescues, treatment for burns, how to administer assistance to bone and muscle injuries, and how to care for insect and animal bites.
Two sessions are available. The morning session, from 8 a.m. to noon, will be conducted in English. The afternoon session, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., will be conducted in Spanish.
Learn how to save a life in a positive, interactive and practical manner while gaining valuable certification instruction in the basics of CPR and first aid.
Attendees will receive a two-year initial certification of CPR and first aid or recertification.
Space is limited and registration must be received by April 12.
Cost for the training is as follows: Lake County Farm Bureau President’s Club members, $45; Farm Bureau members, $55; non-Farm Bureau members, $65.
