The project applicant is the County of Lake. The purpose of the proposed changes to General Plan and Zoning designations is a result of Area Plan changes and to implement General Plan policies. The proposed negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.  The Planner processing this application is Keith Gronendyke, (707) 263- 2221This email address is being protected from spambots.  The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed negative declaration will start on August 7 and end at the hearing on September 3, 2013.  The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on September 3, 2013, at 9:15 a.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. 

 If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk to the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.
