NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2013-161 on September 26, 2013.

The Ordinance bans commercial medical marijuana cultivation and cultivation on vacant properties, and limits cultivation amounts on developed properties.

The Ordinance was passed and adopted by affirmative vote of Mayor Joyce Overton, Vice Mayor Denise Loustalot, Council Members Joey Luiz and Gina Fortino Dickson, with Council Member Jeri Spittler absent.
