LUCERNE, Calif. – The April meeting of Lake County Republican Women will include a debate between Brian Martin and Bob Chalk, candidates for sheriff of Lake County.
The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 12, at the Lucerne Alpine Senior Center, 10th and Country Club Drive.
Lunch will be served at noon, with the debate at 1 p.m.
This will be an opportunity to see these two candidates and hear their positions on how the sheriff's office should be run, the problems of law enforcement in Lake County, and what needs to be done to restore the confidence and respect for the agency and the deputies who serve the citizens of Lake County.
