Notice is hereby given that the Clearlake City Council will hold a public hearing on March 26, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, at the Clearlake City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake CA, for the purpose of hearing and acting on all protests of proposed assessments for administrative penalties in accordance with C.M.C. Section(s) 1-5, 109, 10-2.5, 10-2.6, 10-2.7, 10-2.8, and 10-5 and considering action to confirm said proposed assessment for the cost of said penalties on the following properties:
