SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 3025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has adopted Ordinance No. 3025, An Ordinance Amending Specified Sections of Article I of Chapter 2 of the Lake County Code Relating to Meetings of the Board of Supervisors. This Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: “The Board of Supervisors shall meet on first, third, and fourth Tuesdays of each month, commencing at 9:00 a.m. and at other times as determined by the Board of Supervisors to be necessary and appropriate.”  

This ordinance was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, by the following vote:

AYES: Supervisors Comstock, Smith, Steele, Brown and Farrington

NOES: None

ABSENT OR NOT VOTING: None

This ordinance will take effect on June 18, 2015.
