Notice of Public Hearing:
Amended Mitigated Negative Declaration for the
Downtown Lakeport Improvement Plan

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT LAKEPORT CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers at 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at 6:00 p.m., to consider approval of amendments to Environmental Review (ER 06-01) for the Downtown Lakeport Improvement Plan in order to allow Phase II construction activities to occur between the hours of 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

The public review and comment period is February 8 through March 1, 2016.  Written comments may be submitted to the City of Lakeport, Attn: Community Development Department, 225 Park Street, Lakeport, CA, 95453 by March 1, 2016.

The City of Lakeport Planning Commission will also be reviewing the proposed amendments to ER 06-01 at its regularly scheduled meeting on February 10, 2016 at 5:00 PM in the City Council Chambers at 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California where the public is invited to comment on the proposed amendments.
