ORDINANCE NO. 182-2016
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARLAKE PROHIBITING CAMPING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council will consider adopting Ordinance No. 182-2016 at the City Council meeting at 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, on February 25, 2016 beginning at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter. 

The purpose of this ordinance is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the City by prohibiting camping on private property, either without the owner or legal occupant’s consent, or in a manner that may be dangerous to those camping or others.
