NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on June 9, 2016 at 9:30 a.m.  for application Major Use Permit (UP 16-05) requesting a five year time extension of an existing billboard sign, for LA MONICA SIGNS located at 2595 South Main Street, Lakeport, APN 005-053-20.

The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 93-60. 

The staff report previously approved mitigated negative declaration and IS 93-60 will be available for review May 23, 2016 and the public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers at the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
