NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, will hold public hearings on the DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR THE WILD DIAMOND VINEYARDS PROJECT. 

The purpose of this hearing is to provide an opportunity for public to provide comments to the Planning Commission. 

The comment period on the Draft EIR was open through July 21, 2016. 

The Draft EIR is available for review by the public at County Libraries, the Lake County Community Development Department, 3rd Floor of the County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA and on the Website: http://www.co.lake.ca.us/Government/Directory/Community_Development.htm .

The public hearing shall be held on August 11, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard thereon.

The hearing shall continue on August 25, 2016 at 9:05 a.m. at which time the Planning Commission shall consider a determination on whether to approve the Draft EIR and direct preparation of the Final EIR.

The hearings shall be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the County Courthouse.
