Middletown Central Park Association: Major use permit proposing to build new building for Hope Crisis Network

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Planning Commission, County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on Major Use Permit UP 16-07 proposing to demolish an existing 2,400 sq. ft. building, and replace with a 4,500 sq. ft. building for the primary temporary purpose of volunteer housing for Hope Crisis Network.

The project applicant is Middletown Central Park Association.

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 16-16 .

The project is located at 15299 Central Park Road, Middletown, APN 014-121-35.

The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA twenty (20) days prior to the hearing and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on August 25, 2016 at 9:30 a.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.

If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
