NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on Use Permit UP 16-02 for a 52,800 case/year winery with tasting room and up to thirty-five (35) special events/year; Lot Line Adjustment LLA 16-08 moving ±2.87 acres from APN 013-060-11 to APN 013-060-10; and, Grading Permit GR 16-004.

The project applicant is Wild Diamond Vineyards LLC. 

The project is located at 15015, 15087, 15375, 15591, 15563 & 15807 Spruce Grove Rd, Middletown and further described as APNs 013-060-04, -07, -09, -10, -11 & -12.

The staff report will be available Oct. 31, 2016 for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers in the Courthouse on Nov. 10, 2016, at 9:05 a.m. at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.

If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
