LAKEPORT, Calif. – This week the Board of Supervisors will consider continuing local emergency proclamations for the county's wildland fires and present proclamations relating to hospice and Alzheimer's awareness.
The board will meet beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, in the board chambers on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport.

At 9:10 a.m., the board will present a proclamation designating the month of November 2016 as Hospice and Palliative Care Month in Lake County present a proclamation designating the month of November 2016 as Alzheimer’s Awareness Month in Lake County.
In items timed for 9:15 a.m. to 9:17 a.m., the board will consider continuing proclamations to continue local health emergencies and proclamations for local emergencies for the Rocky, Jerusalem and Valley fires.

CHANGE ORDERS
6.1: Sitting as Board of Directors Lake County Watershed Protection District, consideration of approval of contract change order No. 1 for 2016 Clover Creek Sediment Removal Project, for an increase of $5,275.73 and a new contract amount of $83,971.72; and authorize the Water Resources director to sign.
CONSENT AGENDA
7.1: Approve the commercial lease between the county of Lake and Tri-Star Properties, L.P. for the lease of property located at 845 and 849 Bevins St., Lakeport, CA 95453 in the amount of $1,800 per month, and authorize the chair to sign.
