CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Clearlake City Council will hold a special meeting this week to discuss the city’s budget and a strategic plan.

The council will meet beginning at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, in the council chambers at Clearlake City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive.

On the agenda is the annual midyear budget review, with the council to consider proposed budget adjustments.

The council also will discuss the adoption of a new strategic plan for the city.
