CLEARLAKE – The City of Clearlake will be sponsoring a Christmas Wish Tree for needy children.

This tree will be in the front counter lobby of Clearlake City Hall at 14050 Olympic Drive and have 60 ornaments with an ID number, sex, age, and a gift idea for the child.

If you would like to help provide a child a Christmas Wish, please take an ornament from the tree and give the ID number printed on the ornament to City Clerk Melissa Swanson.

The wrapped gift with the tag on it will need to be brought to City Hall to Swanson by Friday, Dec. 12.

Together we can all share in the true meaning of Christmas as we help a child to have a Christmas that will make a difference in their lives.
