CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Clearlake Department of Public Works, in conjunction with LACO Associates, will be conducting a field survey of existing storm drain systems within the city limits.

Two to three LACO employees and one Public Works employee, on occasion, will be measuring, evaluating conditions, and taking pictures of existing bridges, storm drains, drainage inlets, manholes, natural and manmade drainage channels and major culverts.

LACO team members will be driving a white pickup truck with the blue LACO logo on its side and will be wearing fluorescent vests.

This work is scheduled to begin on the morning of Monday, Aug. 24, and is tentatively scheduled to be completed by Monday, Sept. 28.

Minimizing the disruption to the citizens of Clearlake, while performing the survey, is of utmost importance to the city.

The majority of the work will occur within public right-of-way; however, it may be necessary for the field crew to enter private property from time to time during this work.

The city asks that the citizens of Clearlake please allow LACO to perform their duties without interference.
