Obituaries Published Free

freeobitsWe're sorry for your loss, we've been there. We respect the pain you are suffering and we are honored to publish obituaries free of charge without length restrictions. In fact, the longer the better.

We encourage you to take this opportunity to tell your loved one's story.

Lakeconews.com has published obituaries free of charge since our first publication in December of 2006 because when you need an obituary, the last thing you need is another bill.

We consider it a necessary public service to members of our community. While other publications charge you for this service and continue to raise that cost we will remain the leader in showing you that we care about you and our community by offering this service free.

To publish an obituary, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the text and any photographs, video or sound clips that you would like to include.

We generally post these very promptly and they will remain on the site forever. The one thing we ask is that obituaries are submitted by closest relative so we don't contribute stress or confusion to an already stressful time.

If you have questions about how to go about doing this, please call us at (707) 274-9904 and we'll be happy to help you through this process.

This is a public service brought to you by Elizabeth Larson and John Jensen - Founders Lakeconews.com.
