CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Clearlake Planning Commission is set to hold a special meeting on a proposal for a cannabis manufacturing project in the city limits.

The commission will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, in the council chambers at Clearlake City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive.

On the agenda is a planning application for Brian Galeprin of Bliss X for a cannabis manufacturing project, to be located in an existing building at 14915 Olympic Drive in Olympic Plaza.

The application includes a use permit conditionally allowing a cannabis operation in Unit K at the plaza, using approximately 4,500 square feet, and a development agreement for the operations.
