LOWER LAKE, Calif. – The Horn of Cassiopeia, the new café at the Tuscan Village in Lower Lake, will hold a Winter Solstice and launch celebration on Friday, Dec. 23.

The free, family friendly event will take place from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

There will be live music and performances, and a variety of gifts available for last-minute holiday shopping.

A catered dinner will be available for $10, as well as wine from the Terrill Cellars for those age 21 and over.
