LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Tyler James Lee, a frequent contributor to discussions on the Lake County News site, a staunch supporter of Lake County Community Radio and one of Lake County’s backwoods pioneers, died suddenly a week or so ago.

Lee often phoned in to Herb Gura’s “Law Show” and other shows on KPFZ to express his unique perspective on the state of Lake County and the world.

This Saturday, July 23, at 5 p.m. on KPFZ 88.1 FM, Gura will dedicate “The Law Show” to Lee. Clips of some of Lee’s calls to KPFZ will be aired.

Programmer Steve Elias also will be in the studio and listeners are invited to phone in and reminisce about Lee and his special contribution to the Lake County community.
