LUCERNE, Calif. – The Lucerne Friends of Locally Owned Water (FLOW) will host its monthly meeting on Saturday, Sept. 10, at the Foster's Freeze restaurant in Lucerne, located at 6252 East Highway 20.

Pre-gathering starts at 11 a.m.

Items to be discussed include the future of Lucerne Community Water Organization, the group's sister project. The public is welcome.
