MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – Middletown High School senior Jennifer Harte will host a “Mini Relay for Life” at Coyote Valley Elementary in Hidden Valley Lake on Saturday, Feb. 11.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to noon.

The relay is Harte's senior project.

She said it's meant to raise money for the American Cancer Society based on doing laps and donations.

The event also is to promote awareness of cancer prevention and a healthier lifestyle.

There will be booths and activities to educate and promote healthy living along with Jazzercise, live music and free snacks and drinks. Prizes can be won from participating in activities.

Everyone is invited to come and participate and have fun.
