HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE, Calif. – The Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District invites the community to a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new photovoltaic project on Monday, Oct. 15.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the district’s water reclamation plant, 18896 Grange Road.
