HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE, Calif. – The Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District will host a regular board meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 15.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the boardroom at the district's offices, 19400 Hartmann Road.

Agenda items will include adoption of a resolution appointing Roland Sanford as the secretary to the board.

The board also will amend the general manager contract to correct a typographical error, conduct a swearing in of the board secretary, hear an information presentation by Supervisor Jim Comstock.

There also will be board and staff reports, and designation and possibly action on designating the board president and vice president, and assignment of board members to standing committees for 2013 calendar year.

The board will hold a closed session with legal counsel regarding pending litigation, one case with multiple claims.

The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Feb. 19.
