LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – The kick-off casting call for Lip Sync 2013 will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at Lakeside Family Fun Center.

The fourth annual Celebrity Who’s Who Lip Sync is a production of the Lake County Chamber of Commerce. Performances will take place on the stage of the Soper-Reese Theater on April 20 and 21.

This year the co-producers are Diana Schmidt and Kristy Weiss, two wacky gals with tons of ideas. Add in Sarah Dutra, who hears the name of a song and has the routine choreographed in her head while the costume ideas come tumbling out.

Also on the committee this year are Jan Parkinson, Lyle Coburn, Janice Hornby, John Tomlinson, Barbara Clark, Barbara Juchert, and Larry and Zoe Richardson.  

The public and past participants are invited to bring their song ideas on Jan. 24 as they review videos, acts and brainstorm.

If you don’t have your own act, come along and join in with someone else. The committee is ready to assist with choreography, costume, makeup and hair  ideas to bring your act to the stage.
