KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – On Saturday, March 23, at the Konocti Bay Sailing Club building at Braito's Marina on the Buckingham Peninsula, Flotilla 88 of Lake County presented a Special Certificate of Appreciation, a photo collage and a gift certificate to Past Commander Gary Dromi.

Dromi, who also is a minister, is leaving Lake County and moving to Springdale, Ark., to be near his adult children and grandchildren.

Dromi joined Flotilla 88 of Lake County in February of 2009 and was the flotilla commander for 2012.

He gave special thanks to the Flotilla members who invested in his life as an auxilliarist and for the friendship of all.

Dromi plans to maintain his membership in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. He will transfer to District 8 Western Rivers, Division 05, Flotilla 06 which is very active on Beaver Lake located north of Springdale.
