LUCERNE, Calif. – A culvert upgrade project will continue through the end of July, according to local officials.

The Lake County Department of Public Works reported that Bouthillier's Construction of Willits will be working on the culvert upgrade project on the bridges located on Victoria Street and Kensington Way through July 31.

Hours of construction are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During this project the bridges will be closed to all traffic 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Detours will be in place.
