LAKEPORT, Calif. – One Step Away, an NCO partner, will be holding a huge book sale on Saturday, June 15.

The sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lake Community Action warehouse, located at 785 Bevins St. in Lakeport.

Hundreds of titles and genres to choose from including, spiritual, mystery, western, romance, craft,  children's, how to and much more.

Hard back books are $1 each, and paper backs are 50 cents each. Or you can choose to receive a book in exchange for a canned food item.

All donations stay local, and are used to help needy families, Lake County's homeless/transient population and veterans in need of a hand up.
