KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – The Lake County Department of Public Works said road work around the Riviera Heights subdivision will begin this week.

From Tuesday, June 18, through Friday, July 12, Central Valley Engineering and Asphalt will perform a pavement improvement project.

Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Road closures will vary from day to day, based on the schedule below.

Emergency vehicles will be allowed access on an as-needed basis but all other traffic will have to use alternate routes through the subdivision.

Local residents have been notified of the closures and the need to use alternative routes.

The work schedule is as follows:

Day one – Tuesday, June 18:

• Riviera Heights Drive, from Soda Bay Road to Marina View Drive.
• Riviera Heights Court, from Riviera Heights Drive to the end.
• Westridge Circle, from Morningside Drive to Westridge Drive.
• Morningside Circle, from Westridge Circle to 3550 Morningside Circle.
• Westridge Court, from Westridge Circle to the end.
• Echo Drive, from Westridge Drive to Grande Vista Drive.
• Skyline Drive, from Marina View Drive to Riviera Heights Drive.
• Evergreen Drive, from north end of Eastridge Drive to the end.
• Evergreen Lane, from Evergreen Drive to the end.

Day two – Wednesday, June 19:

• Morningside Drive, from Bergesen Drive to Westridge Drive.
• Westridge Drive, from Morningside Drive to Westridge Circle.
• Morningside Circle, from Westridge Drive to 3550 Morningside Circle.
• Westridge Drive, from Echo Drive to Riviera Heights Drive.
• Marina View Drive, from Grande Vista Drive to Riviera Heights Drive.
• Aqua Vista Way, from Soda Bay Road to Fairview Drive.
• Evergreen Drive, from north end of Eastridge Drive to Eastridge Drive.
• Alta Lane, from Riviera Heights Drive to Evergreen Drive.

Day three – Thursday, June 20:

• Bergesen Drive, from Lakeview Estates Drive to the end.
• Bergesen Court, from Bergesen Drive to the end.
• Highland Circle, from Bergesen Drive to the end.
• Grande Vista Drive, from Westridge Drive to the end.
• Edgewood Drive, from Marina View Drive to Riviera Heights Drive.
• Riviera Heights Drive, from Marina View Drive to Eastridge Drive.

Day four – Friday, June 21:

• Westridge Drive, from Westridge Circle (north end) to Echo Drive.
• Westwood Drive, from Grande Vista Drive to Riviera Heights Drive.
• Fairview Drive, from Riviera Heights Drive to the end.
• Fairview Lane, from Riviera Heights Drive to the end.
• Marina View Drive, from Soda Bay Road to Riviera Heights Drive.
• Eastridge Drive, from Riviera Heights Drive to Evergreen Drive.
