LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – The Lake County based group TOPS CA 0890 (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is pleased to announce they have new officers for 2013.  

The elected members include Robert Dinsmore, co-leader; Lois Suchan, assistant weight recorder; Louise Damato, weight recorder; Sharon Brasher, leader; Judy Dinsmore, treasurer; Janet Green, secretary; Nicole Hanson, installer.

TOPS' goal is establishing a fit and healthy lifestyle.    

The newly elected group would like to invite you to join them in a friendly support atmosphere.  

They have weekly weigh-ins every Tuesday, at 5 p.m., then follow with meetings and an informational program starting at 6  p.m.

They meet at the Upper Lake Methodist Church, 604 Clover Valley Drive in Upper Lake.
