PEG Board to meet Aug. 14

CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The board of the Public, Education and Government – or PEG – cable access television station will meet at Wednesday, Aug. 14.

The meeting will take place beginning at 6 p.m. in the council chambers at Clearlake City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive.

Under business, they will discuss approval of a proposal to give the board chair access to $100 to $150 on hand petty cash for incidentals as needed and will get a presentation on the Board of Supervisors' Aug. 6 meeting.

There also will be discussion of the programmer's job description, approval of Web hosting by GoDaddy.com and consideration of a complaint filed by Jim Rickel.

There also will be reports from the marketing and programming committees, and a staff report.

Board members include Chair Denise Loustalot, Vice Chair Ed Robey, Vince Metzger, Martin Scheel and Jo Bennett.
