LUCERNE, Calif. – Lucerne Friends of Locally Owned Water – or FLOW – will hold a meeting on Saturday, Dec. 21.

The group will meet beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the Lucerne Community Clinic, 6300 Highway 20, between 14th and 15th avenues.

Members will hold a discussion of possible courses of action in light of the proposed water rate increase by Cal Water.
