CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Lakeshore Lions will host an April Fools Stand up Comedy fundraiser Saturday, April 5.

Three comedians from the Comedy Machine will be providing laughs from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Clearlake Senior Center, 3245 Bowers Ave.

A door prize for the event has been donated by Twin Pine Casino and appetizers and no host bar will be provided.
 
Cost for the event is $20 per person. Come have some laughs with the Lakeshore Lions.
 
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Lakeshore Lions.

Lions help the Clearlake community with eyeglasses and scholarships. Local scouts and many more organizations get help from the Lions.

The Lakeshore Lions regular meeting is at 7 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday at Howard's Grotto, located at 14732 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake.

Through membership in a lions club, you not only help those in need, but have opportunities to develop personal friendships and gain valuable leadership skills.
