LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Savings Bank of Mendocino County and Integrity Shred have teamed up to offer the public an opportunity to shred outdated confidential documents in four locations in Mendocino and Lake Counties during the month of May.
The public is encouraged to bring documents for safe, secure on-site shredding to one of the following locations:
- Willits: 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday May 14, 145 S. Main St.
- Fort Bragg: 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 15, 490 S. Franklin St.
- Ukiah: 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 22, Pear Tree Shopping Center.
- Lakeport: 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 29, 290 S. Main St.
Please note, a limit of three 35 pound boxes will be accepted. Hours and number of customers accommodated may be limited to truck capacity.

One way to deter criminals from stealing personal information is to shred confidential financial documents and paperwork.
Savings Bank representatives will be available to supply information about preventing identity theft and what to do if your identity is stolen.
