LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – The Lake County Library Literacy Program recently held a volunteer tutor training.

People completing the training will be helping others in Lake County change their lives by improving their reading and writing skills.

Taking part were Dallas Cook, trainer, and new tutors Marje Garcia, Kelsey Stokes, Karen Weston, Susanna Wright and Tara Gabe.

Also completing the training were Allen Blumer, Steve Spurrier, Rose Steele, Val Bilar, Donna Spellman, Cindy Tate, Judith Whiteside, Judy Barnes, Monique Hunter, Tim Everton, Neville Manderson and Erica Sauceda.
