LAKEPORT, Calif. – State Senate candidate Mike McGuire will host a town hall in Lakeport on the evening of Thursday, Aug. 7.

The event takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. at Library Park, 222 Park St.

The countywide town hall, featuring Assemblywoman Mariko Yamada as a special guest, is a chance to share ideas for moving Lake County forward.

A complimentary Italian dinner catered by the Pasta King also will be served.
