LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Soper Reese Theatre Classic Movie Series has rescheduled its presentation of Alfred Hitchcock’s Oscar-winning suspense thriller, “The Man Who Knew Too Much,” for Tuesday, Oct. 21, with show times at 1 and 6 p.m.
The 1956 classic film stars James Stewart and Doris Day, with scenes shot on location in Marrakech. “Que Sera Sera” a popular song made famous by Doris Day, was written for this movie.
For the matinée showing, doors open at 12:30 p.m., with the shows starting at 1 p.m.
For the evening showing, doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the films starting at 6 p.m.
Donations are gratefully accepted.
Popcorn, candy, soda, water and coffee will be available for purchase.
The Soper Reese Theatre, located at 275 St. Main St. in Lakeport, is a restored, historic, performing arts venue established in 1949 and seating 300 patrons.
