HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE, Calif. – The Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 17.

The board will meet at 7 p.m. at the Hidden Valley Lake CSD Administration Office boardroom, 19400 Hartmann Road.

Items for discussion and possible action include adoption of Resolution 2015-05 confirming default balances and directing staff to file liens on real property.

The board also will discuss and consider issuing a Proposition 218 notice in advance of proposed water/sewer rate increase hearing on April 21.

There also will be staff reports and a public hearing to consider placement of default balance liens on real property pursuant to Government Code Section 61115.
