LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Lakeport Senior Activity Center’s Meals on Wheels program is looking for volunteer drivers to bring meals to homebound seniors in the Kelseyville and Riviera areas. 

The volunteers will need a vehicle, driver’s license and proof of insurance to apply.

The route is approximately 40 miles round trip and $20 per day is reimbursed for fuel. 

This is a unique volunteer opportunity to can make a difference in several lives. 

Many times these volunteers are the only contact for the housebound friends that are in need of our services.
