LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Lake County Children's Council and the Lake County Office of Education will host the fifth annual Children's Festival and Advocacy Walk on Saturday, April 11.

The free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Library Park in downtown Lakeport.

There will be entertainment throughout the day, including music, crafts, activities, contests, resources and fun.

They also will mark together down the streets of Lakeport to demonstrate their commitment to keeping children safe and protected. Super hero costumes are optional but encouraged.
