Yarn club starting at Upper Lake Library

UPPER LAKE, Calif. – Beginning May 12, Joelle Zavaro-Brandon and Haji Warf will lead a brand new yarn club on the second Tuesday of each month from 2 to 4 p.m. at Upper Lake Library, 310 Second St.

The free club is open to all ages and all skills levels.

“Participants who have projects in progress should bring their patterns and supplies for those projects,” said Linda Bushta of the Upper Lake library staff. “Beginners should bring yarn and either knitting needles or a crochet hook that matches the yarn size. Yarn club members bring their own projects and help one another with stitches and patterns.”

The Lake County Library is on the Internet at http://library.co.lake.ca.us and Facebook at www.facebook.com/LakeCountyLibrary .
